Our Summer Camps

If your children have not tried chess before, our summer camp is a great way to give them a head start into our comprehensive program.   If your children have some experience in chess, they will have some great fun in a variety of tournament activities to further polish their skills.

Our coaches will assess the campers on their first day and place them at their appropriate levels as follows:

New to Chess

This program covers the basic understanding of chess pieces, their values, game rules, check- mates.  Our one-week camp curriculum is equivalent to our Pawn Level Module #1 set.  Upon completion of the camp, the campers will be ready to enroll in Module #2 set in September to continue their chess education.

Intermediate

This program is for players who have basic knowledge of chess rules, and are ready to participate in chess tournaments.  Our program includes daily fun tournaments and game analysis.
