VCS Preschool Enrichment program offers:

o   Curriculum based program which is specifically designed to boost the development of preschool children.

o   Low teacher to student ratio (1:6) guarantees individualized attention, encourages greater engagement and participation.

o   The class time is distributed equally among the three main areas: Chess education, Math and Language skill development.

o   We offer a unique interactive chess program that gives children a head start to develop a wide range of valuable skills including concentration, abstract reasoning, and rational problem-solving, while tapping into their creativity and originality.

Math and Language development lessons are supplemented by using colorful workbooks and handouts (examples):

3 year-old program workbooks: Wordbook #1, Wordbook #2

4-5 year-old program workbooks: Wordbook #1, Wordbook #2

Schedule of classes & fees:

       3 year-old program (2 classes per week)

       4-5 year-old program (3 classes per week)

Our program runs on the same schedule as the public school system (September-June). We are closed for all statutory and public school holidays. You can download school calendar here:  VSB calendar for the 2014-15

Payment:

Please register and pay online to guarantee your spot. We will take this payment as the advance payment for the last month’s fee (June). All parents are invited to come to VCS on Sep 2^nd to fill up a registration form. There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $75 to cover program workbooks and handouts.

For cheque payment: A one-month advance is due on the day you register along with 9 post-dated cheques, dated the 1^st day of each month, from September 2014 to May 2015. The advance payment is a deposit for the last month’s fee (June)

For credit card payment:  A one-month advance is due on the day you register and to fill up a pre-authorized payment form to allow us to collect payments electronically on the 1^st day of each month, from September 2014 to May 2015. The advance payment is a deposit for the last month’s fee (June)

Cancellation and refund policy

A one month’s written notice is required if you decide to withdraw your child from our program. All cheques or refund will be returned if sufficient notice is given. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting one month’s fees. No refunds will be given after Apr 30, 2015.
